Role purpose
Build and configure Dawell kits and field / van solutions that work first time at the customer.
Support assembly, kitting, configuration and pre-dispatch preparation of detection kits and field/van solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble and configure instrument kits and van/field solutions
- Perform functional checks and firmware/library loading
- Prepare units for dispatch, demo and installation
- Maintain build records and consumables
- Support QA and service as needed
- Follow the kit Bill of Materials and the pre-dispatch QA checklist
- Load firmware / reference libraries and record serials in Odoo

- Assembles and configures instrument kits and van/field solutions
