Service & AMC Engineer

Role purpose. Own the after-sales lifecycle of installed instruments — installation, commissioning, operator training, preventive maintenance and repairs — keeping customer uptime and CSAT high.

Key responsibilities.

• Install & commission delivered equipment; register each unit in the installed base with serial & warranty.
• Attend service tickets within SLA; carry out warranty / chargeable repairs.
• Run scheduled AMC/CMC preventive-maintenance visits; issue Training Completion Certificates.
• Maintain spares, calibration and visit records; escalate complex cases to the Technical Head.

System responsibilities (Odoo).

• Service & Support — installed base, AMC, repair orders
• Helpdesk — service@ tickets (SLA)
• Planning — PM/AMC shifts; Timesheets — site hours
• Training Certificates

Qualifications & skills. Diploma/B.E. Instrumentation/Electronics/Biomedical/Mechanical; instrument servicing; pan-India travel.

Reports to: Technical Head (Atharva Jadhav).
