Role purpose
Lead Dawell Lifescience as a trusted public-safety technology partner to government — growing revenue, OEM depth and governance quality year on year.
Provide overall strategic, commercial and operational leadership of the company; own revenue, profitability, principal (OEM) relationships and governance.
Key responsibilities
- Set and execute company strategy across all detection divisions and government verticals
- Own P&L, annual targets, budgeting and investor/board reporting
- Steward OEM principal relationships, authorisations and new-line acquisition
- Govern tender/GeM strategy, large-deal approvals and pricing policy
- Build organisation, leadership bench and compliance culture
- Approve bids, pricing beyond delegated limits and every PO above ₹1 lakh (POL/22)
- Represent Dawell with ministries, NCORD forums, OEM principals and investors
- Approve annual budget, hiring plan and HR policies
System responsibilities (Odoo)
- Final Tender Signatory and Checker (Tender Management); approves bid decisions and submissions
- OEM Authorization Manager – owns principal authorisations, territory/product scope
- BG/EMD Manager – approves bank guarantees, EMD and security-deposit lifecycle
- Company-wide oversight across CRM, Sales, Accounting, Operations and Projects
