Role purpose
Deliver every Dawell order on time, installed and accepted — and keep the installed base serviced and renewed.
Lead end-to-end operations – order fulfilment, logistics, installation, demo-pool and service coordination – ensuring on-time, compliant delivery to institutional buyers.
Key responsibilities
- Own order-to-delivery, dispatch, installation and acceptance across divisions
- Coordinate the demo/POC loaner pool, allotments and device movements
- Govern inventory, serialised stock and warranty/AMC service scheduling
- Ensure compliance of delivery documentation for government supply
- Drive operational KPIs, SLAs and cross-team coordination
- Approve purchase orders up to ₹1 lakh (POL/22)
- Own installation, training and AMC / preventive-visit planning in Planning and Service
- Act as Service Manager for warranty, AMC renewals and repairs
System responsibilities (Odoo)
- OEM Authorization Manager – maintains principal authorisations with the MD
- Operations: order fulfilment, dispatch and installation acceptance
- Owns the Demo/POC loaner pool and the Service installed-base, warranty & AMC register
- Oversees serialised inventory and delivery compliance
