Role purpose
Make sure every instrument Dawell receives, demos or delivers is genuine, calibrated and documented.
Ensure quality assurance and control for incoming instruments, calibration status and documentation compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Perform incoming inspection and functional checks of instruments
- Maintain calibration, warranty and QA records
- Ensure compliance of supply documentation and certificates
- Support audits, NCR handling and corrective actions
- Coordinate with OEM/service on quality issues
- Complete Odoo quality checks on receipts and the rental return inspection
- Check expiry and batch of consumables (reject below 12 months' shelf life)
System responsibilities (Odoo)
- Incoming inspection & functional checks of instruments
- Maintains calibration, warranty and QA records; supports Demo device readiness/condition
- Audit readiness, NCR handling and corrective actions

Qualifications & experience
- B.Sc / B.E. / Diploma (Instrumentation, Electronics, Chemistry)
